TERMS OF SERVICE

1. TAILORING SERVICES

The following terms apply to HEIM Bespoke and Made-to-Measure services.

1.1 Order Confirmation & Payment

• A tailoring order is considered confirmed once payment has been made according to the agreed terms.

• As each garment is individually made for the client, payments become non-refundable once fabric has been ordered or cut, or production has begun.

1.2 Production Lead Time

• Our standard production lead time is approximately 1–3 months.

• Production time may vary depending on garment type, construction, fabric selection, fitting requirements, and our production schedule.

• If you require your garment by a specific date, please inform HEIM before confirming your order.

• HEIM will review production availability before confirming whether the requested date can be accommodated.

• Additional fittings or alterations may affect the expected delivery date.

1.3 Fitting Process

The number of fittings varies depending on the construction and individual requirements of each client.

• Full Canvas — typically 2–3 fittings

• Half Canvas — typically 1–2 fittings

• Made-to-Measure — typically 1 fitting

Additional fittings may be recommended when necessary to achieve the appropriate fit, balance, and silhouette.

1.4 Fitting Appointments & Rescheduling

• Clients are encouraged to attend measurement and fitting appointments as scheduled.

• Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment may affect the production timeline and expected delivery date.

• If an appointment is rescheduled, a new production and delivery schedule will be arranged according to HEIM’s production availability at that time.

1.5 Rush Orders

• Orders required within a shorter timeframe than our standard production schedule are considered Rush Orders.

• Rush Orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

• Availability depends on production capacity, garment construction, complexity, and fabric availability.

• A rush service charge of approximately THB 8,000–15,000 may apply depending on the requirements and timeframe.

• A rush delivery date is considered confirmed only after HEIM has reviewed and approved the production schedule.

1.6 Body Changes During Production

• The pattern and fit of each garment are based on the client’s measurements taken during the measurement and fitting process.

• Significant changes in body measurements during production may require additional adjustments.

• If a change requires pattern adjustments, structural alterations, or reproduction of garment components, additional charges may apply.

• Such changes may also affect the expected delivery date.

1.7 Fabric & Material Variations

• Fabrics, particularly natural fibres, may vary slightly between production batches.

• Variations may include shade, texture, weight, and surface character.

• Even when the same fabric reference is reordered from the same mill, HEIM cannot guarantee an exact match to a previously produced garment.

• Where possible, HEIM will select the closest available match in colour, pattern, and character.

1.8 Handmade Characteristics

• HEIM garments incorporate traditional tailoring techniques and hand-finished details.

• Minor variations in stitching, shape, or hand-finished elements may naturally occur between garments.

• These characteristics are part of the nature of handmade tailoring and are not considered defects when they do not affect the garment’s function or overall quality.

1.9 Final Approval & Delivery

• Before delivery, each garment is inspected by HEIM for workmanship, finishing, and overall fit.

• Where a final fitting is conducted, acceptance of the garment confirms the client’s approval of the fit, silhouette, and visible details at the time of collection.

• If an issue related to workmanship or production becomes apparent after collection, please contact HEIM so that the garment can be assessed and an appropriate solution can be provided.

1.10 Completed Orders & Collection

• Once an order is completed, HEIM will contact the client to arrange collection.

• Any outstanding balance must be settled where applicable.

• Completed garments may be stored by HEIM free of charge for up to 90 days from the date the client is notified that the order is ready.

• For garments remaining uncollected for more than 180 days, HEIM reserves the right to apply storage charges or make other appropriate arrangements.

• The client will be contacted before any such action is taken.
