SHIPPING POLICY

1. Domestic Shipping

• HEIM offers domestic shipping throughout Thailand.

• Shipping charges may vary depending on the destination, shipment size, and selected delivery service.

2. International Shipping

• HEIM offers international shipping to selected destinations.

• International shipping charges are determined by the destination, shipment size, and selected courier service.

3. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs

• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

• Unless otherwise agreed, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in HEIM’s product or shipping prices unless specifically stated.

4. Delivery Times & Delays

• Estimated shipping times provided by HEIM or the courier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Delivery may be affected by courier delays, customs procedures, local import requirements, or other circumstances outside HEIM’s control.

• HEIM will provide reasonable assistance where possible but cannot guarantee delivery times once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

5. Shipping for Size Exchanges

• For Ready-to-Wear size exchanges resulting from the customer’s original size selection, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

• The customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item.

6. Incorrect or Defective Items

• If HEIM has supplied an incorrect item or the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect, HEIM will cover the reasonable shipping costs associated with resolving the issue.

• Please contact HEIM before returning any item so that our team can provide the appropriate return instructions.
